DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS FROM OUR RECENT SALE. PROCESSING TIME IS CURRENTLY TAKING 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS DURING THIS TIME. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CARRIERS DELIVERY TIME. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.
OUR SHIPPING TEAM IS FOLLOWING NEW COVID REGULATIONS - THIS INCLUDES SANITIZATION OF PRODUCTS/WORK AREA AND LOWER AMOUNT OF WORKERS IN AN AREA. 

Orders must be placed by 11am PST to start processing the same day. Processing time typically process within 5-8 business days. During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!  

How long will it take for me to get my order?

We pride ourselves on getting your order to you ASAP! Most orders in the United States should take 10 - 21 business days for delivery unless otherwise indicated. Occasionally, shipping dates can fluctuate due to supply and demand. Priority shipping is sometimes available through our order process, depending on your location. 

In the rare event that it takes more than 21 days to receive your order, please reach out to us via email: support@breesly.com and one of our Customer Care Team members will help you.

Orders Shipped From US Warehouse: ~7 business days via USPS with tracking. Select "Priority Express Shipping at checkout to get items from our US warehouse.

Orders Shipped From Asia Warehouse: ~14-21 business days via YunExpress with tracking.

Our Average Packaging and Fulfillment time for Standard Shipping orders from our Asia warehouse is: 2 - 3 business days. (This is the average amount of time it's taking us to package and ship out your order as of 12/01/2020)

Our Average Delivery time for Standard Shipping orders from our Asia warehouse is: 11 - 14 business days(This is the average amount of time it's taking YunExpress and USPS to deliver your order as of 12/07/2020)

We are doing our absolute best to ensure fast delivery of tool sets in time for the Holidays and we ARE up to date on shipments with minimal delays. Please bear with us as we are navigating an extreme demand of our products and slower than usual processing times by USPS due to their increased coronavirus restrictions. Some customers are seeing slight (Extra 2 - 3 day) delays in processing facilities in Shenzhen and USA arrival processing facilities due to new USPS coronavirus package handling procedures. 

 

What is YunExpress Shipping?

YunExpress is a Special Shipping Line of the United States Postal service for products coming from our warehouses in Asia. It allows us to quickly deliver your order from our manufacturers in China and Taiwan in 14 days or less, while saving you money in the process!

 

What if my tracking says my order was delivered but I haven't received my package?

Please note at times USPS does indicate that a package was delivered one day prior to the actual delivery due to their volume. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we recommend waiting one more day before .

If after three days since your delivery confirmation and you do not receive an order that USPS states was delivered, this package may be lost or stolen, please reach out to us ASAP via support@breesly.com and one of our Customer Care team members will help you.

 

Can I exchange an order or return one for a refund?

Yes, we want you to be SATISFIED which is why we created The BreeslyPromise. Exchanges and returned are are ONLY available for orders shipped from our US warehouseTo process an exchange or return, email us at support@breesly.com and we will provide instructions. Once we receive the returned order, we will exchange or refund, the choice is YOURS! 

We CANNOT accept returns from pre-order, back-order, OR other items shipped direct from our Asia warehouse due to limited warehouse space in the US. We can ONLY accept returns on orders shipped from the US warehouse due to current limited warehouse space.
